Will my canvas be exactly like what is on screen?
It’s going to be extremely close, or as close as is possible. Canvas stretching, framing, and printing can alter the final article. So while we expect it to be as close as we can get it we still have to say what you see is an approximation of the final article.
How good does the photo have to be?
The final article print quality does depend on the quality of the photo used. We will in each case print the photo to the best possible standard, however as a guide we would recommend the photo coming from at least a 2 mega pixel camera.
Can I print images protected by copyright?
You will likely need to check with the owner of the copyright if you are in doubt. We may not know if an image is copyright so we can not be held liable for any breaches
How long will it take to receive my art?
Delivery time can vary depending on location, whilst we expect your canvas would arrive within 4-7 working days it may be up to 12 working days. Please contact us if you require urgent delivery.
What if it’s damaged when I receive it?
FreemanX Art takes pride in packing your canvas carefully, it is unlikely that it will be damaged in transit however if it is we require notification within 48hrs to provide a replacement, once we have received the damaged article we will dispatch the replacement. Unfortunately a replacement can not be printed under any circumstances if we are not notified within that time.
Can I make changes after I’ve processed my purchase?
Once the transaction is complete, the production process begins almost straight away and changes to the print may not be possible. If we have not yet started production then we may be able to get the change through in time. There will be a $20 administration fee for any changes. If production has begun then changes may not be possible.
How much does the delivery & frieght cost?
Currently we have one low flat delivery fee no matter where you live within Australia or how many pieces of art you purchase. The total cost of frieght is $15.80 (including GST).
How much does each size cost if I upload my own photo?
Once you have uploaded your photo, our system will automatically show you all available sizes based on the resolution of your photo. You can view the complete list below.
